Terms of Service

These are the terms that govern your use of HumbleSuite. We wrote them in plain English because we believe you should actually understand what you are agreeing to.

Account terms

• •You must be at least 18 years old to use HumbleSuite.
• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• •One account per person. Shared credentials are not permitted.
• •You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

HumbleSuite is designed for legitimate business operations. You agree not to:

• •Use the platform for any illegal activity.
• •Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or our team.
• •Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our source code.
• •Overload or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.

Payment terms

• •All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• •Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
• •We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee. If HumbleSuite does not work for you within the first 180 days, we will refund you in full.
• •Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Intellectual property

HumbleSuite (the platform, code, design, and brand) is owned by HumbleSuite and its creators. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Data ownership

Your data is yours. Full stop.

We never claim ownership of any data you enter into HumbleSuite. Your clients, invoices, documents, employees, inventory, and everything else you put into the platform belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time, and we will delete it all if you ask us to.

Service availability

We work hard to keep HumbleSuite running 24/7, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the platform offline for planned maintenance, and we will give you advance notice whenever possible. We are not liable for damages caused by temporary service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

HumbleSuite is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

• •You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
• •Upon cancellation, you can request a full export of your data.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• •If we terminate your account for a violation, you may still request your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and/or an in-app notification. Continued use of HumbleSuite after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
